Oh my, it's been quite the past couple of weeks
a lot of umm.. growing ???
not sure what word to use there
God works in crazy ways
do you ever wonder why "bad" things happen
is it from God
is it not
does God just use the situation to teach us something
sometimes i wonder those things
and then i stop
and just believe
because that is what we are called to do
anyways
i've learned a lot in the past couple of weeks
it's been good/hard all wrapped into one beautiful life burrito

i get to have my room and kaitlin's room all to myself this weekend
so beautiful
tomorrow morning i'm sleeping until like a milllion o'clock

| I find it funny how God works.
I remember the day that Sir Aaron Roorda made his joke about me coming to Summit.
I remember walking down the front steps of the the Roorda household.
realizing.
that i knew where i was going.
i don't think i'll ever forget that feeling.
the reason i say "i find it funny how God works".
is because i am not where i am today because of a joke.
i didn't make the decision.
God did.
it's crazy to think that He has our plan completely set.
all we have to do is take it.
take it all.
I don't like it when people say, I want to do what God wants me to do.
i understand it.
but sometimes i think it's more of an excuse.
sometimes it's not.
but sometimes it is.
God is going to be with us in everything that we do.
we choose how close we are.
we can pray for guidance.
but doing nothing over doing something should never happen.
the only one's who leave God is us.
